What I liked:

Excellent photo quality
Compact, well-built, easy-to-hold body
Articulating 3-inch LCD display with 921k pixels, good outdoor/low light visibility
Gorgeous OLED electronic viewfinder
Very fast AF performance when lighting is good
Full manual controls plus RAW support, WB fine-tuning, and highly customizable UI
Handy electronic level
Anti Motion Blur and Handheld Twilight modes produce usable photos in very low light situations
HDR and D-Range Optimizer features noticeably improve contrast (especially the former)
Fun sweep panorama feature, works in 2D and 3D
Built-in flash plus hot shoe for something more powerful
Very fast burst mode shoots at 3.3 fps with continuous AF or 10 fps without it
Records Full HD video at 60i or 60p, with stereo sound, continuous AF, image stabilization (if available), and manual controls
Stereo mic input, HDMI output
Best-in-class battery life

What I didn't care for:

Expensive
User interface can be overwhelming; menu system still needs work
Redeye a problem, no removal tool available
Sensor is a a magnet for dust (just like the NEX-5)
Proprietary hot shoe (unless you buy a pricey accessory); built-in flash cannot act as a wireless master
Full manual on CD-ROM; quality of manuals is not good
